Eileen MacArthur

MacArthur completed her Masters in Painting at the University of Guelph in 2005, and received a BFA from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in 2003.  Since then she has exhibited in Halifax, Calgary, Toronto, Buffalo N.Y., Chongqing, China, and Guelph's MacDonald Stewart Art Centre.  MacArthur has taught classes at the University of Guelph, the Elora Centre for the Arts, and the Guelph School of Art.  In 2009 her work was included in the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery biennial, "Some Kind of Wonderful". She was recently named as a finalist for the Kingston Prize National Portrait Competition and her work can be found in collections throughout Canada and beyond.
